About the app

Eltrich Prime is the client companion app for Eltrich Prime Limited. It gives you a real-time view of your portfolio, position-level performance, secure access to your documents, and notifications about your account — on iOS, Android and the web.

To help us resolve an issue quickly, please include your account email, your device and operating system, and the app version (shown on the Settings screen) when you get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get an account?

Eltrich Prime accounts are provisioned for existing clients of Eltrich Prime Limited. After you complete identity verification (KYC), our team activates your account and your portfolio becomes visible in the app. If you would like to become a client, email us at info@eltrichprime.com.

I can't sign in.

Make sure you are using the email address associated with your Eltrich Prime account. You can reset your password from the sign-in screen. If you still can't get in, contact us and we'll help you recover access.

My portfolio figures look wrong or out of date.

Portfolio values are synced automatically from your underlying brokerage accounts. Figures can lag briefly outside market hours or during a sync. If a value still looks incorrect after 24 hours, email us with your account email and the figure in question.

How is my data protected?

Sign-in is handled by an industry-standard authentication provider and your data is encrypted in transit. We only collect what we need to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Manage or delete your account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. From inside the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm the request.

If you can't access the app, email privacy@eltrichprime.com from the address on file, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your full name and the phone number on your account so we can verify your identity. We action verified requests within 30 days.

Because Eltrich Prime is a regulated financial service, certain records (such as KYC and transaction history) must be retained for a period after closure to meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
